by During the project we continued to think about developing more and more places for encounters among pupils and teachers apart from traditional teaching lessons, because we are aware of the importance of theses places for building relationships. In winter and spring 2022 the school has developed a new place: a room with a permanently installed slot car racing track. Pupils can practise to enjoy competition with victory and defeat and to play in a team while having fun with a really attractive toy. Pupils come here with their teachers to spend their break or are even allowed to challenge the headteachers for a racing competition. And Fridays after school when all pupils are at home the room does good work in helping to strengthen relationships among staff.
